"Two 70ish girlfriends found this property to just about be the perfect getaway. It was very clean, well located to getting into Philadelphia easily, and had onsite parking.We loved that we each had our bathrooms, however it must be noted that the guest bathroom is on a different level than the guest bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need to make a meal,but why cook when you can go out! There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom - great for enjoying a cup of tea...

"The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"Cheryl and Don’s guest suite was perfect for a short stay exploring all that is offered by the Brandywine Valley. Although the suite does not have a kitchen, the mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect for our needs. "This house was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. There was enough space to have some family over for Thanksgiving dinner and game night. The kids enjoyed throwing the football around on the beach and taking walk on boardwalk after dinner. We are looking forward to next year!"
