Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! "

"The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan! "

"Our family gathering of 24 had a fabulous time at this property. I should note that the property consists of two units with no interior connection but that hardly mattered. We cooked mainly in the lower unit and used the upper unit for sleeping and some board games. Location is great and our gang appreciated the modern appliances. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Happy to return in the future. "
