"Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. "

"So the overall area is in north Philly and ask expected not the best area but I have seen a lot worst. I had no issues. I would not walk around late at night though. Overall the place worked out well for what it was. I did ask for two additional pillows as only supply two. This request was declined. Not sure how I feel about an additional security deposit outside of Expeda. I took a lot of pictures to make sure I get my refund. Overall the communication was just awkward. "Location, neighborhood, and property layout was nice. The only "issue" I had was your concept of a futon was off. Should've been a pull out couch or unfold futon. Wasn't comfortable. One of the beds was "sunken" in. And the futon should be placed in the first floor unit. That way you have 2 beds downstairs and 2 beds upstars. Instead its 3 beds upstairs and 1 bed down stairs. Be great property and layout. I loved the amenities! Just a little more improvements. "
