"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"We took our oldest grandsons to Philadelphia for the Yankee game. The apartment was nicely decorated, neat, and clean. It is 2 1/2 miles from Citizens Bank Park stadium. My biggest suggestion is to find a parking place when you arrive in the area and walk or use an Uber for the rest of your time as parking is very difficult"

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. "Cleanliness: It was a pretty clean place, but you could definitely tell it was run down in some areas. Comfort: The main complaint from the group was that the beds were too stiff. I'd recommend the host upgrade the mattresses or buy mattress toppers.
