"A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out."

"It was a nice house with a lot of potential, however, more attention to cleaning and maintenance of the house would be appreciated. One of the seats on the roof was broken, the half bathroom sink was clogged, many of the floors were not mopped, the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and there was debris on the upstairs bathroom wall that looked like they mopped the floor and used the same mop, without rinsing, to clean the walls. It actually had hair on wall."

"I'll knock out the only issue to start with. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired...

"Nice place. Very clean with prompt and excellent communication with owner. Could be top notch with working TVs, lamps, trash cans in each room. Also should mention items to bring like wash cloths and body wash. We would definitely rent this place again. "

"Our family of 9 found our vacation dwelling comfy and charming. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave the feel of a private suite for each family group. A quaint outside area to read and relax was enjoyed by everyone. No problem with plenty of street parking! Easy walk to coffee, food, shops and the sights. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy Philly home! parking."

"My family fell in love with this house as soon as we stepped foot in the door. It was neat, clean and very welcoming. The historic build of the home added a charming firel towards its atmosphere, but did also provide some challenges. The spiral staircase upstairs could have been challenging for someone with mobility issues, but we were fine. One or two more chairs for comfy cozy seating after a long day touring the town would have made it just a tiny bit nicer, but overall our family loved our...
