"Nice hotel, well maintained. We had a good meal in the attached restaurant, The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, beyond what we would normally expect. Hotel is across the street from where busses to Milford Sound pick up passengers - very convenient. Hotel is within walking distance from shopping and the lake, but this involves a fairly long climb or taxi ride to get back to the hotel (I'm 76 and in good condition, so the climb was OK for me other than working up a good sweat). We are happy to recommend this hotel."

"This place was really nice and so cozy! The views are excellent. It’s a but further away from the busy area of queenstown so it’s a nice spot for a quieter area. I was so obsessed with the shampoo and conditioner I bought some to take home."

"This is the best hostel I stayed at during my entire trip around the South Island and North Island!!! Having a pod with a full privacy screen felt like my own little space. I crawled out of my pod one morning to hear someone snoring and realized I couldn't hear that or anything else while inside my pod!! I stayed here 4 nights and would gladly return! Showers are hot and large space/hooks to put belongings on! Staff was friendly. Laundry is great priced and dryer worked great! "

"This is a pretty new facility located in a far suburb of Queenstown. It is close to the airport and ski resorts. Hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant and the nearby restaurants are 10 minutes walk away. We received alert in advance about parking spaces are limited but luckily secured one. The room needs more furniture like chairs. Again it is 6 kilometers away from the town."
