"The grounds and lobby and floors and elevators are all very well maintained and nice in appearance. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. we especially loved the large desk which was a game table for us. My only gripe is with the pillows. they're actually really terrible. If I stay again, I might bring my own pillow. were at not for that, this is a five-star experience for me."

"When we checked we noted the hotel is near a hospital. The clerk was able to put us on a back side room away from the street that made our stay very quiet. The location was very convenient to where we were visiting so that made our visit more enjoyable. We had an early plane to catch and the clerk checking us out was very considerate and helpful."
