"High end shopping area. Breakfast option is like a high tea, very nice. Rooms are quaint. Staff are friendly but didnt give correct information about Limousine bus to Haneda. Do your research. Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end. "
