"Our stay was delightful. We visited Matsumoto to spend time with friends who live there. We found the city and people to be delightful. We were coming off a few hard days of “touristing” in Tokyo and the hotel and its staff welcomed us and made sure our stay was cozy and comfortable. The beds offered us the best night’s sleep we had so far in Japan and the bath salts offered at check in were some kind of magical elixir for our sore bones. We woke up refreshed and ready for the next part of our journey. It was bittersweet to check out. Thank you for the stay!"
