"We are the repeaters. This the rare co-ed onsen which allows you to go in with your friends and family. The onsen was filled with milky warm water so that you can stay in long hours and enjoy other people's company. Very relaxing environment surrounded by mountains. The food was omakase and very good. We enjoyed all of the local cuisine items with great beer and sake. "

"We really loved this hotel because it was so close to the bus station and the view outside was so beautiful. They have onsen, that we were able to relax after our full day of hiking. Japanese breakfast was good. And the staffs are so friendly. "

"Owner was very kind and prepared very good dinner even we requested in very late time. It is Japanese style room, so if you are not used to futon it might be hard. "The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous and in a stunning part of Japan. We rented a car in Matsumoto and used the guesthouse as a base for visiting Kamikochi. The hotel is bright and cheery. The rooms are a generous size. The futons comfortable. Perhaps the best thing of all was the private onsen. The dining options around are a little limited- very few are open at night. There are more soba lunch options but we were out walking. We went to both Abbey Road and Springbank which were fine. "

"出張で使用しました。基本的には快適に過ごせましたが、以下3点については改善した方が良いと思います。・洗面台の使い勝手が良くなかったです。（水を溜める状態（栓が塞がっている状態）を解除できなかった為、手洗いやはみがきですぐに水が溜まってしまう。）・トイレの自動水洗機能が壊れていて、手動で水を流しました。・部屋に入ったところの自動センサー照明が、毎回靴紐を結んでいる最中に消えてしまうため、消灯時間をもう少し延ばした方が良いと思います。"

"We had an unique experience staying here. Shoes ares kept in lockers next to hotel entrance. We walked on the soft, comfortable tatami throughout the hotel common area. The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."
