"We had an unique experience staying here. Shoes ares kept in lockers next to hotel entrance. We walked on the soft, comfortable tatami throughout the hotel common area. The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent. We were a short walk from the train station and also a nice walk to the Matsumoto Castle. The only negative experience was the free breakfast which was styrofoam dinner trays, individually wrapped croissants and a Japanese style breakfast which we did not find appetising. We did not participate and ate elsewhere."

"狭いけれどよく手入れされた部屋でした。何気ない朝ごはんでしたがご飯と水と味噌汁の美味しさに感動しました。 I stayed tiny and well organized single room for a biz trip. The free breakfast was excellent thanks to the local food and ingredients such as water, rice and miso."

"The staff make for a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff were attentive. We enjoyed an in room with indoor onsen for two nights. The restaurant meal offerings are authentic Japanese and wonderfully presented. One of the highlights of our two week trip to Japan. We took the bus to the local castle and art museum. The facility is off the beaten path but there is a Lawson store close by. Taxi needed to go to and from the local train station. Be sure to...

"For me, it was an excellent choice because I don’t mind walking 17 mins to the hotel from the station. The room was in a tiny side, but it doesn’t really matter as I only want to sleep. The cleanliness cannot be faulted and the breakfast was good. There were plenty to choose from. "
