"Ok cool place, not cheap. But be prepared, this is a really local Japanese hotel. Almost no one speaks English behind the desk. The rooms are Japanese Rooms with Tatami, the Onsen's are beautiful and the key feature of the hotel. It's quite luxurious by Japanese standards but recognise you will probably be the only foreigners in the entire hotel. But a warning as they they played tricky in the booking. "This was a nice clean hotel in a good area. You can walk to the huge fort/palace/garden. Also to nice shopping and an "old town" area."

"Not good. Breakfast was not good. Had meal from convenient store instead of hotel. All payment has done when I booked but hotel tried to charge tax when I check out. Terrible!"

"広大な敷地にある素敵な日本庭園と藁ぶき屋根の母屋がとても印象的です。 わずか１１室のみですので、静かにのんびりと過ごせます。 チェックインをするためだけの空間など、少しもったいない感じがありました。 思いっきり和の空間ですが、お食事はフレンチ。美味しかったですが、なんとなく和食の方がしっくりくる感じがします。上諏訪は酒蔵も多いですし、地酒とともに味わう和食というのも魅力的だと思います。外国人の姿もちらほら見かけましたので、和食も食べられるとポイント高いと思います。 スタッフの方は皆さんにこやかで、優しくとても心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。"
