"The hotel and staff were brilliant for our trip to the Utilia arena. The check in was speedy and very knowledgeable. The room was fantastic and we had such an amazing bargain for our stay. "I had a 1 night stay with my 2 kids. Parking was very easy at the Millennium Point car park. Staff were very friendly and the room was quiet and comfortable. Lovey shower and lovely pillows. We did not use the bar or restaurant in the evening, but breakfast was good. It is a buffet with some options to order. Again, staff were friendly and attentive. We went to the ThinkTank museum (5 mins walk) which was excellent. "
