"Convenient to Chicago O Hare - after having to deplane a broken airplane, I needed to find a close hotel. Four points is a reliable go to- The young woman at tge front desk had a smike on her face and checked me in quickly- The room is clean and had no strange or strong odors which I like- Bed and bathroom all good "

"Everyone at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful during my stay. The facility is beautiful as were the location and views from my room. It is in the heart of what I find the most beautiful part of Chicago architecturally, and it is an easy walk to the art institute and many other attractions. I have been to Chicago a number of times and this would be my choice of all hotels where I’ve stayed."
