"Very convenience inside the terminal 2 at the airport, many shops for souvenirs and restaurants. Breakfast buffet have many selections, include cold matcha and matcha latte. Rooms are good size, nice and clean all around including showers and bathtubs in one room with amenities. They have big waiting area with coffee and cold water but no tea. Will stay again and the room price was reasonable from now. "

"What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "
