"Such an amazing property! We have used VRBO rentals for years and this villa is over the top! My husband and myself with our son and his wife stayed and were so impressed with the decorating and touches from local artisans. We chose to stay up the hill instead of by the beach so it is a trek to make it to the beach and back in the heat. The onsite restaurant was amazing as was Farmer Rooster's restaurant. "Place is as advertised. About a football field’s distance from a quiet beach (Playa Ocotal) with wonderful, warm water and lovely views. Villa is as described. All amenities necessary were provided, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of kitchenware to cook just about anything. "We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "

The view of the ocean from the beautiful deck can't be beat and the sound of the rolling waves 24/7 never gets old! The villa is laid out perfectly with the bedrooms on the second floor and living space on ground level. The staff are so helpful, they helped us plan all of our adventures and car rental. "The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "
