There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice."

"The road up the hill is absolutely horrible even by Costa Rica standards. But the house is better than the photos. The only knock I can give it is one of the bedrooms is downstairs and you have to go up the outside stairs to reach the rest of the house and it doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The view is breathtaking and Silvia is an absolute sweetheart and does a great job. All in all I highly recommend it. "

"The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. "

"The community is the best, everything you need and gorgeous beach.The house is located in a quiet spot, beautiful sunset and a comfortable for our family.Has everything you need and barbecue grill was very useful and entertaining.It may need maintainable in some of the areas or a deep clean. This is in particular on the bathrooms where the hard water leaves metal and glass with a stain that looks dirty.Maybe needs to use as specific product.There is a nice terrace by the pool with exterior...

"Everything about our stay was fabulous. Newer construction in a gated community felt very secure and luxurious. The house is even more stunning than the photos! Very nice, private outdoor area with plenty of places to sit or enjoy the pool. Perfect for 2 or 3 couples with king-sized beds and private bath for all (or 1 room can be done as 2 twins instead), plus very nice half bath.Adrianna was an excellent coordinator in the planning phase, and Francisco paid attention to every detail while we...

"The place was very clean, and Vacasa staff (on-site property manager) were responsive. The interior furniture is tired and the property could generally use a refresh. Beds and pillows are of low quality. In terms of luxury, I would rate this as "3 Stars out of 5" for those reasons. The advertised laundry facilities were not available during our stay, and we had no advance notice of this problem. The shuttle service to the beach was irregular and undependable. When there WAS a shuttle there,...
