"The unit was fine, well located within the complex, great view, well stocked, and a shuttle to and from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, it's great. But if you want to surf, snorkel, zip, tube, etc. those things are far."

"We loved our stay at the Sunset Villa! We had five kids ranging from 7 to 12 and four adult adults. The pool was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning. The location was wonderful close to the grocery store and amigos. We’re so glad we rented the golf cart to get to and from the beach and to the store as the walks are steep. Flamingo Beach is the best of all worlds with a low-key vibe. Great dinner options within a 10 minute golf cart ride. We loved exploring the neighboring beaches as...

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. "

"Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!"

"This was a lovely stay in a unique property, with a main floor and a loft. Parking was convenient and the kitchen included all we needed. A car was necessary, was there are not a lot of dining/shopping options within walking distance. "

"The home was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectation's. From jimmy the concierge, daily house cleaning and nightly security the only thing we needed to do was decide where to go for dinner, with its great location the choices were plentiful, the food exceptional and everyone was friendly. We would swim in the pool, walk down the beach or enjoy a sunset from the back patio looking over the ocean. Everything was spectacular."

"We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "

"This was the perfect rental for a grandparents trip! I mean we were steps from the beach and pool and there were monkeys in the trees! The villa is spacious and well designed. Air conditioning, and well everything, worked perfectly. Yes, Cesar in hospitality, was very helpful. He was great! The food at Solana was very good. The resort and owners were both very helpful. "This was our 3rd visit to 412b. We’ll be back. Appreciate that they’ve upgraded the cooking pots and pans. We had everything we needed this time. Even enough toilet paper for the whole visit! Small things go a long way to making these travellers happy. 😁 The only thing that we would have found useful is a how-to guide for the stovetop and tv. Really beautiful accommodations and fun group of other travellers in the complex. Very much looking forward to our next visit. "

"Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book."

"Villa Ocaso did not disappoint! Spent a week with friends at this absolutely stunning property in beautiful Playa Flamingo. The wonderfully private villa was well appointed with many nods to Costa Rica's rich history. From the moment we stepped off the plane our every need was met. Everyone from the Property manager to the transportation company, housekeeper, and chefs were amazing. We also opted for some additional services which were absolutely fantastic. This property is a must stay!...

"We've stayed here a few times and feel it's good value for the price. Tonight there were some ants crawling around on the floor, but heh, we're in Costa Rica so not too surprised. The pool was warm and the bed was comfy."

"We loved our staying at Riu Guanacaste. The hotel was in a nice location. They have monkeys right next to the hotel and the beach was very nice. The staff was amazing and the food was very good, they have a wide variety of options at the buffet, the only thing I would say is that the other restaurants are a little difficult to book because you have to make a line before they open to get a spot. The road to get to it needs to be paved. Im glad that they will be updating this hotel because it needs it, but I will say that I loved everything about it. The entertainment crew is really great. I will definitely recommend people to stay here and I will definitely come back again. Pura Vida! "
