"It was a good bang-for-the-buck-stay. The rooms were small, felt a bit unkept, and bathroom had a odd odour. However, the restaurant and pool area where guests have free breakfast were all nice and comfortable. The area of Coco is touristy and definitely there is many better places to stay in Costa Rica such as La Fortuna, Monte Verde or Papayago - but if you need to stay in Coco than the Palms is very local to the most populated spots. "

"I really loved the staff and I did enjoy the resort but there are a few things that need attention. I like that you can go to the other Rio resort as well. I will say the buffet was great for breakfast and lunch but at dinner time it was not so great. The seating was a little unorganized at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
