"This place is very cute with its central pool and seating/hammocks. The beach restaurant is quaint and has great seating options and loungers. The staff is super nice and friendly! That said the room seemed clean but smelled strongly like a urinal cake/clenser. The shower was meh clean and I woke up to a big dead roach by my shoes. The walkway placement makes it noisy and people were loud as was the rolling of the cleaning crew cart right outside our door. That said, we only stayed one night and it was good."

"Loved our stay here. Although the room was TINY and we had to keep our suitcases on our bed, we didn't spend that much time in the room. And really appreciated the sink and fridge in the bedroom. The grounds are beautiful, as is the pool. The breakfast was decent. Easy walk to the ocean and to downtown. For the price and location would highly recomend."

"I loved this hotel! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, secure, close to the beach, away from the noisy downtown yet only a short walk to everything. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, so well maintained and wow, the flowers! The staff are so polite and helpful; they made arrangements for airport transportation and fabulous recommendations for excursions and dining. I appreciated the little touches and attention to detail - even the toilet paper looked pretty. My room had a full kitchen, air conditioning, even a ceiling fan. Upgrades had been made to the bathroom fixtures. I exchanged emails with Fatima and she ensured my stay went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We have been blessed to vacation in many places, and its rare to have a property exceed your expectations. The house is exactly as described - spacious, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with all that is needed to cook and entertain. The bedrooms provided an amazing view while ensuring privacy for all guests, and the comfort of the beds (often overlooked even in luxury properties) rivaled that of our one at home. Communication with Al, the property manager was easy and ensured that all our needs and questions were responded to promptly. He also provided excellent suggestions for tours and restaurants as well as local sites. We would highly recommend the home. "

"We took our 4 teenagers to Costa Rica for Christmas. Casa Napoleon was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The home is located inside of a gated community with 24 hour security and a guard shack which made us feel safe and at ease. The beach club access was an awesome perk - food and drinks were great, as was the beach. Our concierge was wonderful and went above and beyond, even assisting with retuning a cell phone we left in an Uber! Through Zindis, we hired a chef for our first and last night and it 1000% made our stay here perfect! Chef to Go and staff were incredible! My kids raved about the food and I am still thinking about it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lastly, Coco is a great place to stay and serves as an excellent “base camp” with access to many different types of “adventure” within an hour or two of here, yet you get to enjoy the more predictable and warm, sunny weather of Guanacaste. We saw monkeys in the trees just outside the back door on our last day there, and you truly cannot beat the view!! We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again! Pura Vida! "

"Conveniently located in the center of village steps to coco beach. Couldn’t ask more from a location standpoint. Friendly staff, easy to communicate and ready to help. Facilities are a bit old and needs an upgrade, faucet was broken and spilling water sideways. Other than that, we had a awesome stay at this place"
