"I spent 4 days in this beautiful charming house, and felt home the moment I passed the gate. The house located in the beautiful authentic neighborhood of Santa Teresa is decorated with taste displaying very cozy and clean rooms. A delicious breakfast is served under the trees with a very nice view on the city and I had the chance to see the little monkeys populating Rio while having my morning coffee. "The place is great value, beautiful studio with an amazing top roof pool. Great customer service. The area around is not the nicest if you walk but it’s close to the famous stairs and lots of transportation. Overall excellent."

"The hotel is adorable and the staff is very friendly. Santa Teresa is a artsy neighborhood with great food and entertainment options. The only issue with my stay is that they leave delicious complimentary chocolate & coffee cookies in the room and they attract hundreds of ants. I appreciate the gesture but they must realize this is an issue in the property. I probably ate a dozen tiny ants before I saw them crawling all over my hand and arm."
