About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest). Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit. Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna. Easy to Uber to and from. Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

definitely in need of a room refurbishment. No controls on noisy aircon, but did mostly drown out street noise due to ill-fitting single-glazed units. 1 cupboard hinge not secure. Bathroom needs attention. 1 of the 2 lifts not working. Breakfast adequate if dull and ordinary. Thin walls: could hear voices/TV from adjacent room

Noisy hotel
No sleep except 00:00-05:00, because you hear the traffic well. And its lots of traffic outside. You can even see out, where the window are installed. Breakfast was amazing and the staff. Great view in pool on top. The cleaning lady did not clean my room every day. And forgot to give me towels some days. She also knocked on the door 10 in morning and said she need to clean the room, I asked if she could wait 20 minutes, but she said its ok with 10 minutes. After a few hours out, she had not even started, I also complained to her manager but that did not change anything. Strange she clean room one day like 17:00 and next day 10:00. When I left the recepcion meant I had taken 4 bottles of water, one day. I have not done so, and I told him. Then he said it was ok, and I could leave. (strange) The staff in and around the recepcion was really nice.

Essa propriedade está totalmente obsoleta, necessita de reforma urgentemente. Tudo velho e enferrujado no banheiro, portas arranhadas, pintura suja, o modelo do cofre e’ de uns 30 anos atrás, não há tomadas perto da cama e baratas invadiram meu quarto depois de uma chuva que alagou a rua. Qdo reclamei eles disseram q era normal elas subirem pelo esgoto. Pague um pouco mais e fique num hotel mais novo!

NÃO VENHAM! HOTEL HORRÍVEL!!!
Os quartos são sujos, mofados, móveis descuidados, visual horrível e os lençóis são manchados de sujeira! Condições precárias, a vigilância sanitária tinha que passar URGENTE aqui! Fotos no site extremamente enganosas. Reservei quarto com cama de casal e me colocaram em um quarto com cama de solteiro, nos fundos do corredor do lado da escada de incêndio (parecia até que era um depósito antes e não um quarto). Internet não funcionava reclamei 4 vezes, solicitei troca de quarto e não fizeram NADA. O descaso com a insatisfação do cliente é ABSURDA nem parece que estava pagando um valor significativo pela estadia. Simplesmente não dão bola e não tentam solucionar o seu problema, não se preocupam com o bem-estar do hóspede (eu nem sabia que era possível ficar em hotel assim!!!) Fora que os dois elevadores principais estavam estragados, tendo que usar o elevador de serviço que cabe 4 pessoas e parece que vai cair a qualquer momento. O hotel ainda estava movimentado levando muito tempo para conseguir subir ou descer. A academia totalmente precária e descuidada.. espaço sujo, com aparelhos quebrados sem funcionar. Café da manhã simples, porém bom. O que era pra ser uma estadia agradável se tornou um estresse enorme. E o pior.. ainda tendo que pagar por isso. Booking e demais sites deveriam decair a nota urgentemente para parar de enganar os clientes.
