Unfortunately this property is quite dated with minimal energy and effort put into keeping it updated apart from painting and floor tiles. The photos don’t depict a true reflection of this hotel condition. If you don’t mind a bit of mould in the shower grout and visible beneath the ceiling paint. The staff are amazing they try to help you with every enquiry.

About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest). Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit. Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna. Easy to Uber to and from. Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

definitely in need of a room refurbishment. No controls on noisy aircon, but did mostly drown out street noise due to ill-fitting single-glazed units. 1 cupboard hinge not secure. Bathroom needs attention. 1 of the 2 lifts not working. Breakfast adequate if dull and ordinary. Thin walls: could hear voices/TV from adjacent room

O hotel está em condições ruins, o quarto em que fiquei hospedada estava com bastante mofo. A cama se me mexesse muito caía, bem desconfortável. O ar condicionado é de janela bem antigo, só deixava um ambiente agradável quando ficava ligado por bastante tempo. O quarto quase não tinha opção de tomadas.O banheiro a água vazava do Box e não tinha opção de água quente somente normal. O elevador super demorado. O café da manhã bem razoável, mas poderia ter uma sanduicheira pra esquentar o pão e mais opções no café como pão de queijo.

Sobre o hotel , pedi se havia possibilidade de um quarto melhor , fui informado que mudaria mesmo com a diferença de valores , porém não me mudaram , quarto horrível ar condicionado barulhentos ,condições não legal , liguei para pedir jantar não havia suco natural pois o liquidificador estava quebrado me ofereceram água, fiquei sem roupa de banho porque esqueciam de colocar nos quartos, tinha que ligar na recepção pra ficar pedindo !!! Chato demais isso .
