Não gostei da minha estadia pois o quarto estava bem diferente do que fechamos , coberta estava suja de sangue , não tinha wi-fi ou melhor não conectava de jeito nenhum é não tinha estacionamento, disseram que tinha estava lotado e mesmo que tivesse vagas eu teria que pagar mais 55 a parte. Não gostei da experiência.

O ponto negativo é não poder subir com bebidas ou comidas na área da piscina, pois o hotel quer vender o serviço de bar. Ok, compreende-se! Porém, colocam apenas um funcionário para atender a demanda alta de hóspedes que ficam no local, então o funcionário precisa se desdobrar em 10 para atender, isso demora demais o processo de atendimento.

Hotel recomendável.
Nada a reclamar sobre o hotel. Por ser a cidade do RJ, o hotel por ser enorme também e acomodar muitas pessoas, o serviço foi impecável. Café da manhã oferecido, não havia nada luxuoso mas tudo que tinha todos os dias eram servidos frescos e nada faltava a momento algum, tudo muito organizado, funcionários com um ótimo atendimento. O quarto em que ficamos no 11° andar era ótimo! A TV estava com uma mancha escuro na lado direito mas nada impediu de ver a imagem. O serviço de limpeza era todos os dias pela manhã. A área da piscina é bem pequena, não utilizamos, mas acredito que de para ser utilizada quando necessário! Os preços de almoço e jantar eram ótimos em relação a cidade toda! Experiência do hotel muito boa mesmo, recomendo!! A Cidade não é nada de maravilhosa mas o hotel é muito bom!!
