No fue la mejor experiencia. Al llegar al cuarto, el piso estaba sucio y el baño con limo. La ropa de cama estaba sucia, con manchas de sangre y rotas. El wifi casi nunca funcionó. No cuentan con plancha de ropa ni con sacador de cabello. La apariencia del hotel es fea por fuera.

Limpeza do hotel PÉSSIMA, fiquei 10 dias e só trocaram os lençóis pq eu implorava, quando eu não chegava no quarto e estava as camas com os lençóis sujos escondidos! Vc deixa a placa e não tem limpeza no quarto. Estava muito lotado eu entendo, mas precisa melhorar isso. De resto comida boa é funcionários educados, a região não é muito segura, algumas coisas no quarto estavam quebradas

Não gostei da minha estadia pois o quarto estava bem diferente do que fechamos , coberta estava suja de sangue , não tinha wi-fi ou melhor não conectava de jeito nenhum é não tinha estacionamento, disseram que tinha estava lotado e mesmo que tivesse vagas eu teria que pagar mais 55 a parte. Não gostei da experiência.

O ponto negativo é não poder subir com bebidas ou comidas na área da piscina, pois o hotel quer vender o serviço de bar. Ok, compreende-se! Porém, colocam apenas um funcionário para atender a demanda alta de hóspedes que ficam no local, então o funcionário precisa se desdobrar em 10 para atender, isso demora demais o processo de atendimento.
