The location is ideal, the potential is huge but the reality is not so good. Amenities don’t work and don’t expect the staff to give you a solution. Elevators are too slow and programmed in a way that makes everything works poorly. The cleaning is not there yet. Many things seemed to require an update. The swimming pool is far from usable, water looks filthy and it’s super tiny considering the amount of guests this hotel hosts. The breakfast is good, generous and with good enough options. This place needs an update very very soon!

The room was dirty. I gave tip to the lady who cleaned to change towels and she didn’t. She was mean and rude. She did not clean well my room during the whole time that I was there.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff wanted 10USD to store guests’ luggage prior to check in time. This is practically standard service at other hotels. They were money gouging their clients. The bed didn’t have fitted sheet and the doona/quilt didn’t have a cover. In spite of the check in being 30 minutes the bed was still only half made. The only reason I could sleep was because I had my own sleeping bag. The aircon didn’t work well either. Never again!

Durante mi estadía en el hotel, lamentablemente la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Inicialmente, me asignaron una habitación en el nivel -1, donde el ruido era constante y perturbador y se encontraba el area de servicio . Además, el baño presentaba serios problemas de higiene, con bichos, humedad, hongos en el techo y el desagüe de la ducha completamente obstruido. Tras reportar la situación, me trasladaron a otra habitación, pero esta carecía de ventanas y el baño también mostraba signos de hongos. Por otro lado, el personal encargado de recibirnos durante el desayuno mostró una actitud poco amigable, con falta de paciencia,con los huéspedes, puede ser porque son personas mayores sin paciencia s. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia me ha dejado una impresión muy negativa del hotel, y no consideraría volver a alojarme en el futuro. Recomiendo enfocar esfuerzos en mejorar tanto la limpieza de las habitaciones como el trato al cliente.

El hotel es poco antiguo. Podría estar más limpio. La piscina es pequeña y estaba sucia. El personal es bastante atento, la comida del desayuno es buena y variada. Los alrededores del hotel tienen bastantes comercios y esta muy cerca del Metro. tiene una buena ubicación.

Oportunidades
A recepção achei um pouco bagunçada, deveria ser mais rápido o acesso aos recepcionitas pra pegar ou deixar a chave. Os copos do café da manhã estavam parecendo sujos, quando você lava rápido e não enxágua direito. Mas de todo o resto, foi excelente apenas esses detalhes.
