"The facility is kept clean, beautiful architecture, when I say facility that's what many of the locals have said, that it was a rehab center about three years ago. It's eerie indeed, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, there are no phones in the rooms; Jacuzzi tub did not work, only a small fan in the room and there are no windows to the outside of the building Unfortunately we could not go to another hotel, so we stayed the 5 days we paid for, it far from the center, you have to take a taxi every...

"HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!"
