"Totalmente recomendable, Homero y Adriana nos ofrecieron un excelente servicio y hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mas agradable. Definitivamente regreso a este hotel, ademas de la muy buena ubicacacion este hotel tiene toques super originales y coloniales, me encanto que cada habiacion tiene un nombre asignado y como tal eso le da un toque muy original. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo al 100!"

"The room is listed as 1.7 km from center. What's not said is it's up a VERY steep mountain. That made it sometimes unwalkable. We're walkers, but had a back problem. We did walk down one day, but not the Google Maps route which requires multiple long up-down stairways. They clean with some god-awful toxic-smelling stuff that caused me respiratory problems. The Hotels.com price listed is significantly lower than what I was actually charged with somewhat hidden fees etc. so beware of that. ...

"This hotel is amazing. It has an old World feel but with all of the accommodations of a brand new hotel, the place is beautiful. The people are amazing. I am definitely going to stay here again. Next time I’m in San Miguel.."

"Beautiful house with nice furnishings, living room, kitchen, Superior Room was large with private bathroom, very clean, great price! "

"Omg. It was amazing. Pepe at our service at all times. The house is roomy and well kept. Hacienda architecture with beautiful details put into the homes decore. We were referred to a Juan Carlos that was at our service driving us around. Highly recommend this gem. Maria always available for any questions. "

"The staff especially Aracelli embraced me like a sister. She was wonderful in every aspect. The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli! "

"Everything was excellent, I meet the owner of the place and they were extremly helpful with us, they have great customer service, and they make us feel very welcome. The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. Thank you very much mrs Georgina for make us feel like we were at home."

"The hotel is located in an excellent location you can walk 3 minutes to the church and restaurants all over so thats perfect, but it is a very small room with no closet or large mirror to check your outfit out. Not a family room for sure its more like a couples hotel but I would stay there again .Because of the location! It was clean and nice and quiet. "

"Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo"

"First, it was an ordeal reaching this property due to very narrow and rough streets. Second, after reaching the property doors were closed and I called the number provided and no one answered. Finally, the area felt extremely unsafe and I proceeded to book a different hotel. "

"Carmen is an excellent and attentive host, and a sweet person, as well as an excellent cook. Bathroom was sparkling clean. The balcony of my room offered an excellent view of one of the most beautiful architectural structures of the city. The nights are quiet, making for a sound sleep, unlike the center of the city. Most of all, I always felt right at home."

"Great property for a trip to San Miguel de Allende! The on-site van was helpful for getting in & out of the city. The property had a nice outdoor seating area & good space inside. The HOLT team was available if needed & very helpful. Wonderful experience! "
