"Casa Schuck is such a wonderful place! It holds a great story and history, the property is beautiful and welcoming, with perfectly decorated /appointed rooms. Beds are comfy, pretty balcony with French doors that open to gardens, and great views. The most outstanding customer service, they go above and beyond! Only one thing to point out there is no elevator which was not a problem for us, however if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to manoeuvre the property. "

"Hotel is in great location, but the hotel requires major service, the bathroom floor is weak and there are areas that you can’t step because the wood floor is rooted, TV remotes don’t work, the bathroom faucet is falling apart, and the shower drain does not flow, it floods inches.. No internet service except in the lobby but not in the room."
