The area was very active and the beach behind the property was really beautiful. Yamy the lady that handles the booking was very nice and accomidating. The places itself wasn't as nice as the pictures posted but it was clean. The area has a grocery store within walking distance and lots of restaurants too. If you don't speak Spanish I reccomnend donloading Google Translate to communicate with the guy who runs the place. I would probably go back again.

It was a good place to stay. But a couple of things. One is there wasn't a phone number to call the manager to check in. The phone number listed is the hotels.com main number. They were able to give me the number. Second, Do not have a car. There is absolutely no parking on the street. We got lucky, the care taker saved a spot for us. That being said, there are literally 27 restaurants and a grocery store within 0.75 radius. So, I suggest ubering. It was a great place, and the ocean beach is literally in the back yard.

Great Location but Bad Advertising
First the good, the people are great to work with and the location is excellent. Now the bad, if you are expecting to get what you see in the pictures, don't. The pictures look like they were staged. The furnishings and furniture were different and very worn. The A/C works but is loud and going across your head on the bed. The place needs some upkeep but it is livable and you are right on the beach and close to restaurants and grocery so that does make up for a lot.

overall a nice place BUT the AC in the bedroom is too noisy to use at night. Also water drips on the AC from above. DRIP, DRIP DRIP, Finally had to open window and put towels out each night to stop the DRIP DRIP DRIP

Very clean and convenient
We had a great time. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Liked being on the beach and waking up to that view. The condo was nice. It was clean and roomy. A pull out sofa would have been good to have. All in all it was a great experience

This apartment served as an good base for our stay in San Juan. Near the airport and on the beach. Property managers were very hospitable and offered assistance as needed. Picked us up at the airport, offered to drop us off there too. The apartment itself is a little tired, but everything worked, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air-conditioning (although the bedroom air conditioner temp control did not work so had to be controlled manually. Either off - too warm, or on - too cool). Room has small balcony that you can see the sea from. Better part was just going down to the beach out the secured access from the apartment building. There is a secured parking spot assigned to the apartment should you want to rent a car to explore San Juan and Puerto Rico. It sleeps up to four in two double beds but they are both in one room.

Det var en bra lägenhet, med nära till stranden Isla Verde. Lugnt och säkert område. Nära till stor matbutik. Rekommenderar det verkligen om du vill bo lite billigare, och ha möjlighet att själv styra över ditt hushåll med mat o.s.v.
