"Love this hotel! It was perfect! Everything you need is in walking distance. A public beach to your left or a more private beach to the right, just steps away. Casino is 3 blocks away. Breakfast at 6:00am from a gorgeous ocean front view. 20 minute drive to old San Juan. I rented a bronco, but a taxi or uber is another way to get to Old San Juan. Old San Juan is great for day or night life. Don’t forget to check out the two castles for only $10 bucks per person. You won’t be disappointed with this lovely hotel. Better than any fancy hotels. "

If we were staying in San Juan for longer than a night I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here long term. Locally owned instead of big time corporate accommodations. Affordable, safe, clean and every staff member greeted us with a smile and hello! I highly recommend Hotel Del Sol for local flair and a good night rest.
