"Reception area was nice and pool area. Room was clean and cold air was on when we got to the room which was a plus. They didn't have conditioner for hair. We also didn't like the area they hold your bags in anyone could come take the bags or go though them because it was in a unlocked open area. Also didn't like room window at street level. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"This was my first time returning home in 18 years, I was nervous and the staff was amazing they provided local recommendations and were over all very attentive. The room was super clean. Very homey feeling, very relaxed environment. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking is very limited and I wish I had know ahead of time. I was so nervous about hitting peoples cars trying to get in a tight spot."

"The front desk is the brains of the hotel, receptionist Nayelis Torres is truly an asset for the hotel. She is a very caring and understanding person. The evening happy hrs were truly enjoyable. The morning breakfast was made to order, the breakfast staff is awesome, the beach was fantastic, transportation was readily available for off-site excursions. Many local restaurants are few short blocks away from the hotel. Casino is also on site and a beautiful pool area is on rear of the property."

"Pool and outside dining area is awesome. Most of the staff is very friendly, but I did experience a couple of rude and "judgy" staff members. Overall experience was great, would definitely recommend."
