"This hotel is a few steps away from a public beach, you could almost walk from the pool area to the beach if not for the fence. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We were a group of 15 and we made use of the common area downstairs a lot. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again"

"Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better. "

"Please exercise some patience, as there are non-English speaking staff but they will try to help you. The rooms are really small. My TV didn't work and as a solo traveler, that was a bit disappointing and the staff couldn't fix it. In addition, I couldn't control the air conditioner with the remote and it's powered by inserting the door entry card into a slot by the front door. Which means, I had to get up throughout the night to turn off the A/C. This area was incredibly noisy during my visit...

"Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach area. Gym needs a major improvement , the equipment is extremely old and a bit gross, I’m sorry to say!"
