Didn’t like the fact that they only clean and change towels every other day. However they check the bar everyday. Staff very courteous but very dangerous to stay outside the hotel after 6, 7pm. Had to stay right by the door, not even on the side walk. Very good for a 3 star hotel, but never 4 stars.

Hotel Sotero é rimasta ferma nel tempo. Struttura con manutenzione scadente, nel bagno il doccino era incrostato e il pomelono della antat doccia consumato e con muffa, la qualità dei prodotti della colazione sono da rivedere. Succo di pessima qualità, una macchina casalinga per il toast sporca e rotta... Pulizia camera a giorni alterni, in un 4 stelle è cosa impensabile! Il personale al ricevimento spesso non ci saluta. Un giorno sono rientrata, erano in 3, ho salutato e non ho avuto risposta.

É um bom custo-benefício para se hospedar.

Me hospedei no Sotero por três vezes e confesso que a qualidade caiu um pouco. Atualmente, não há mais opção de restaurante, pois o espaço só funciona para o café da manhã. Os quartos continuam confortáveis e limpos. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, mas oferece o básico de qualidade; senti falta da tapioca. O hotel fica perto de um shopping, mas um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos. No geral, vale a pena se hospedar pelo custo-benefício.
