"This hotel is a few steps away from a public beach, you could almost walk from the pool area to the beach if not for the fence. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We were a group of 15 and we made use of the common area downstairs a lot. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the...
