Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

O grande problema foi uma obra do lado do meu quarto! Fiquei três dias sendo acordado as 7h com barulho de marreta, furadeira e todo tipo de barulho de obra, só depois de 3 dias me passaram para um quarto no 4 andar que naomtinha barulho.

Não recomendo!
Não tive boa experiência neste hotel, pois deixou muito a desejar. O quarto é bastante antigo e apresentava sinais de mofo e poeira. A cama de casal, na verdade, eram duas camas de solteiro unidas com um lençol de elástico, o que foi bem desconfortável. Os colchões estavam visivelmente sujos, assim como os lençóis, que eram muito finos. O travesseiro era extremamente baixo e desconfortável. A TV disponível no quarto pegava apenas quatro canais e não era digital, algo que considero ultrapassado. Além disso, senti falta de amenidades básicas como shampoo e condicionador, já que eram fornecidos apenas dois sabonetes. Infelizmente, também notei a presença de baratas em alguns momentos. O café da manhã era bastante simples, com poucas opções disponíveis, o que foi decepcionante. Os pontos positivos ficam para o atendimento da recepção, que foi atencioso, e a localização, que é muito boa, próxima à praia, bares, restaurantes e boates. No geral, não recomendo este hotel. Extremamente decepcionada!

A localização é boa porem o hotel é muito sujo e precário. Lencois velhos e encardidos, toalhas sujas, muita poeira, tudo muito velho. Para o hotel ser barato nao precisa ser sujo. Nao tem Shampoo apenas 2 sabonetes. Cafe da manhã muito ruim, pudim duro parece que é de trigo, salsicha dissolve na boca parecendo esta estragada. Ar condicionado desligado na area do café da manhã, ambiente muito quente e insuportável. Funcionários educados, cama de casal sao 2 camas de solteiros juntas que fica abrindo o tempo todo. Colchão sujo e velho, e lencois muito manchados. Eles nao se importam de receber os hóspedes naquele ambiente tao sujo. Paredes sujas, poeira em todo lugar.

A experiência foi razoável, já fiquei em vários hotéis da rede, até então esse foi o mais simples, o atendimento das recepcionistas foi maravilhoso, super atenciosas e a uma ótima localização, próximo aos bares e restaurantes do Rio Vermelho e o café da manhã bom, porém em relação a qualidade das instalações deixa a desejar, lençóis ruins e aparentemente sujos, quarto com infiltração e frigobar enferrujado, recomendaria outro local caso possua maiores economias.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar em relação à limpeza e conforto. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam encardidas, o que demonstra falta de higiene e cuidado. O colchão era extremamente desconfortável, apresentando buracos na espuma, o que comprometeu a qualidade do sono. O banheiro tinha mau cheiro, agravado por um chuveiro visivelmente sujo. Esses problemas indicam uma experiência muito aquém do esperado. Não recomendo e espero que a administração tome providências urgentes para melhorar as condições oferecidas aos hóspedes.
