This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Nope nope nope. Just book somewhere else. It was like arriving to a government department where you need to take a numbered ticket and wait an hour to be able to approach the front desk. Trust me, this is not a “resort experience”. You can get a much nicer experience for a cheaper price elsewhere. The rooms are so old they are falling apart. The only nice thing was the view.

there are no preventative maintenance on the room. the toilet didn’t flush properly. the maintenance person tried to fix the problem for several times during my stay. the sink was clogged. it was not releasing water properly

The location worked well for us. The property is tired, and needs maintenance and upgrading. People generally quite helpful, but had constant problems with poor WiFi as we were also trying to do some work there. Pior experiência que tive na minha vida do checking até ao quarto, o hotel é velho as toalhas de banho são horríveis parecem uma lixa, a equipe de trabalho está sempre mal humorada, o checking demora no mínimo 1 hora para preencher todos os dados e precisa ser de todos que estão hospedados o que não tem necessidade e assinar vários formulários horrível experiência

We were asked to be registered at hotel “system” twice: one time by someone at tours guide and de second at front desk. Not sure what they were doing but it feels like they were trying to get us on a sort of spam database list then at hotel property, such waste of time and not professional approach on gathering our personal info twice!
