This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Nope nope nope. Just book somewhere else. It was like arriving to a government department where you need to take a numbered ticket and wait an hour to be able to approach the front desk. Trust me, this is not a “resort experience”. You can get a much nicer experience for a cheaper price elsewhere. The rooms are so old they are falling apart. The only nice thing was the view.

This is one of those properties that looks like it “used to be great.” It was ok, but quite old. The tile in our room was either moldy or old and chipping out- not really sure, but it did not appear clean. Paint job was sloppy in the room. No USB ports in the room for charging phones. It was adequate, but not what we had hoped for.

there are no preventative maintenance on the room. the toilet didn’t flush properly. the maintenance person tried to fix the problem for several times during my stay. the sink was clogged. it was not releasing water properly

Hotel familiar bom mas tem que pagar R$5 pela taxa da toalha, nao tem servico de praia gratuito. Vale a pena se for pernoite ou mo max 2 diárias devido ser muito proximo do aeroporto (cerca de 15min)

El hotel es excelente, las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero están constantemente controlando para arreglar, para la familia es ideal tienen profes que hacen jugar a los niños desde que se levanta hasta que se acuestan , la cercanía al mar , la pileta enorme ,la pileta para niños, lo hacen un lugar soñado, la comida internacional un lujo ,lo único malo que puedo decir es que la mayoría del personal no entiende nada español y se hace muy difícil la comunicación, pero estás en un paraíso eso es lo de menos
