They then took over 3 hours, multiple and multiple back and forks before I finally had to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of a solution before they finally made us change rooms to a triple. "The location is perfect in Salvador Praia da Barra, the hotel needs a serious renovation. Please change urgently the bathroom toiletries, they are really bad and the smell in the hair is terrible. Staff is very nice, checking in was super fast and on time. "

"Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby. "

"This hotel is a few steps away from a public beach, you could almost walk from the pool area to the beach if not for the fence. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We were a group of 15 and we made use of the common area downstairs a lot. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again"
