"I wasn’t expecting much from the look of the front and the proximity to the airport but once I stepped inside realized that this is probably the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super clean, great staff, beautiful view in front and many nice beaches close. Supermarket, pharmacy and deli a block away, nice bar and restaurant. Beautiful pool and wood everywhere. I will definitely be staying here again. Completely surpassed my expectations."

"If you have lived in Brazil this place will be great. If you haven't you might want to stay away. This place has the best location right on the beach. Just beware that the street lights don't turn off at night and people are up late and then others are up really early and aren't quiet. The AC worked great once I figured out I had to turn on a little breaker first. We stayed on the top floor that they have seemed to turn the roof to into 3 rooms with make shift walls. "Since we arrived tried to contact Expedia that we were upset about the room but due to poor internet connection could not get thru. Had to walk steep stairs to the 3rd floor, of an old building, huffing n puffing, rattan on chairs tattered, dilapidated mattress, filthy bacteria laden string to pull flush, toilet cover cracked, insecure seat, lumpy pillows, old stained mirror, breakfast laid out in old plastic containers.Horrible!
