"Staff fluent in many languages, as expected for an airport location. Breakfast was really good and staff accommodated our additional needs. "

"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

"Close to the beach, but didn't feel very safe at night. We liked the hotel though. The room we got had a seaview and was clean. Some smell in the lobby, near the stairs, like mold or bad ventilation. We chose the hotel based on the location primarily. Close to the beach and the airport, which was good, as we stayed only for 1 night before continuing our journey from the airport. Wifi had good signal but was so slow that I decided to use my own from my cell phone."

"A equipe do hotel é comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes e fazem o possível para a comodidade e bem estar. O café da manhã é excelente para o estilo buffet brasileiro. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos."

"El hotel está bastante deteriorado y no es de categoría 3* como lo venden en su publicidad, sábanas rotas, toallas sucias, colchones rotos, moho debajo de las camas , no lo recomiendo para nada "

Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long. "I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there."

"Quarto e banheiro minúsculos, mas já era esperado. Péssima limpeza. Toalhas extremamente ásperas, pareciam lixas. Sem nenhum isolamento acústico: dava pra ouvir claramente a conversa do apartamento ao lado, que foi até a uma da manhã (quando passamos o ouvir o ranger da cama e os gemidos)."
