"Don’t be put off by the entrance and way in the lifts are not very user friendly 2 diff ones needed but room was absolutely fine very clean and a nice modern bathroom comfy bed all that is required for a sleep over . I don’t do breakfast too early but there was an excellent choice . So that’s a bonus for a long day ahead . "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, everything was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but also professional. We also loved the setting of being the old airport and control tower. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely be back."

"Because of my wife being unwell, we spent much more time in the hotel room than intended. What a good job that this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, half the price of London rooms for double the size. We were aware of the announcements from Lime Street station, but given we were on the 5th floor, it was back ground noise. "We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

"We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend these hotels. A few thoughts from our stay. The location is excellent and we received a good welcome on arrival. Our room was a very good size. It could have been cleaner, we moved the beds to meet our needs and the floor had lots of stuff on it. All staff were very friendly. We cud have done with more towels (we did ask) and the beds weren’t made brilliantly each day. "

"A spectacular looking hotel in an historic building. You can normally judge why your stay will be like based on the welcome you receive at check in and Darren who checked us in couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Nice bar area, albeit small, and whilst the rooms are not massive they are comfortable and well furnished. The location next to Lime Street Station and St John Centre where parking is just £6 for 24 hours is another major draw. "
