"When you walk in to the hotel, it is not very impressive. There is a small sitting area with a TV and a fake fireplace, and a check in desk. I believe there is the subway to the Mayo Clinic available, we just crossed the street because the hotel is so close. The latest one can stay without paying for another night is 1pm, check out is 12 The reason I gave the hotel a five is because of the room. "My wife had extensive oral surgery at St Mary’s, and the surgeon asked that we stay in Rochester a few days until he could follow-up. We chose Aspen Suites, and coukd not have been more pleased. Everything about our room and the hotel itself was top notch. The General Manager was excellent, caring, and attentive to my wife’s needs. I give this facility a 10/10 rating "

"Not sure if it was language barrier/locale but staff was unfriendly, cold at best. Location not easily accessible, was a specified entry/exit, at night it’s very hard to access based on location from highway unless you drive thru gas station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "
