"I really like the property lobby and common areas. We used one time the kid playroom very convenient for families. However, the beach was very dirty the first two days we arrived. We ordered room service, great food, and friendly staff but we waited too long almost 40 minutes or more. We invited friends and they couldn't use the facility with us (pool) "

"This resort was beautiful. The architecture and the art work were amazing. The beach front was small and rocky which we didn’t enjoy and didn’t want to enter the ocean because of that. The food options were great. The problems we were having with the resort were the elevators weren’t working always. We had to walk quite far to have an elevator that was functioning. "Highly recommend this resort! Travelled with a 4 month old and it was the perfect place! Easy travel from room to restaraunt with the golf carts. Did not have to wait a long time for the carts. There was always room at the pool. Media luna pool was warm so we loved that. Only downside is no room service and only 2 main restaurants with 1 at the pool. And a few food trucks throughout. "
