"My reservation was for three rooms for ourselves and our daughters and for a higher level hotel, there was no coffee maker in the rooms. That is a minor compared to the shower floor in the bathroom. The floor was very slippery and had no mat to prevent falls. The design of the shower enclosure was very strange with the almost unreachable hole in the glass to turn the shower on and off and the half glass which caused water to spray out onto the floor. "Very good area lots to do and clean hotel only downside is how small elevator is and hot water takes a while to come out. "

"There was no hot water , had to call front desk , they told us to open sink and shower faucets at the same time , took over 20 mins for hot water , and in the morning water was not clear foggy had to use bottled water to wash my face and brush my teeth. Bed, linens and pillows were comfortable. Easy check in and out. "
