"Very good for $ stay! Cute, clean rooms in a nice set up with a shared kitchen/lounge space. Neighbourhood was close to quite a few restaurants. We were provided with both bath and beach towels as well as earplugs (the windows are not soundproof from outside). My only suggestion would be for better pillows. Communication for check in/out was all by phone/email but instructions were clear and we had no issues. Would do a short term stay here again!"

"The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. "

"What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am... "

"Such a great stay for 2 nights! Location is in the heart of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to all the historical sights. The room is small but in a very cool open air building. Bathroom is not attached but is right across the room and used the same room key - which was no problem for us! The bathroom was very big! We loved our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay if you'll be out and about exploring the majority of the day! "

"I am so grateful to this property owner for not only being very easy to reach but allowing us to host Thanksgiving here! Our wedding was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and with our families in town we asked to have them over and he was so gracious. "My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "
