"The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. "My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy.
