"What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am... "

"Such a great stay for 2 nights! Location is in the heart of bars, restaurants and within walking distance to all the historical sights. The room is small but in a very cool open air building. Bathroom is not attached but is right across the room and used the same room key - which was no problem for us! The bathroom was very big! We loved our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay if you'll be out and about exploring the majority of the day! "

"I am so grateful to this property owner for not only being very easy to reach but allowing us to host Thanksgiving here! Our wedding was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and with our families in town we asked to have them over and he was so gracious. This was the trip of a lifetime and we will cherish these memories forever!"

"The front desk is way at the end of the hotel hotel under construction front desk should’ve been centered in the main lobby they had a cashiers office that had zero purpose but yet had a line of people in front of it because the front desk was too far away …… very friendly staff though!"

"We enjoyed our stay at San Agustin Apartments. The apartments were clean, spacious, and had an authentic feeling. The beds were comfortable with effective a/c in the bedroom. The location was great, walking distance to several restaurants, bars, Old San Juan, and beach. The communication and interactions with the staff were excellent and we felt well taken care of during our stay. My only suggestions for improvement would be dusting the fan blades in the common area (they were pretty visibly...
