"Service, food & staff were amazing, we had a housekeeping issue with our room which was dealt with immediately & professionally, we were staying two nights attending a large Birthday party lunch. If you want a relaxing home from home hotel, go for it!!"

"Very well proportioned room and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately restaurant was closed other than for breakfast but it is very central to loads of cafes/restaurants and I enjoyed the walk along the canal to get Sunday lunch. Very pleasant stay and very quiet at night. "

"We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. We did manage to find a mobile number for the host but by then it was too late as we had to make alternative arrangements due to a wedding we were attending."
