"Here for a masquerade ball on the Friday evening so stayed over for 2 nights. Lovely room.Very comfy and clean It did get a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a QR code that you could click on to access the hotel guide.Also a section where you could agree not to have your room serviced and could choose a reward instead(drinks or snacks) I was very impressed as we didn't need our linen or towels changing. "We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value."

Great customer service.

"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "
