Nice clean rooms but a little date very friendly staff and maids for the room where amazing and couldn’t do enough for us to make our special for an early valentines night Food was nice with a decent selection of bar food unfortunately the steak house wasn’t open Sunday evening The spa and pool area was great but again a little dated all facilities were working and the showers were decent

Nice restaurant and liked that it had pool, gym & sauna facilities. £5 charge per adult to use and kids can only use during certain times. Breakfast was very good, the hashbrowns were lovely. A little dated decor and some wear & tear around the hotel but a comfortable stay overall with 2 young children.

Excellent property next to good transport links and we stayed in a family suite which was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and the checkin check out process was a breeze. Lesley in the Breakfast room was lovely, great service and very helpful and courteous to my children.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were absolutely fantastic - welcome cookies was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner in the Marco Pierre restaurant was very good. Free parking and location worked well for us. Place just a little bit tired - could do with some TLC to decor throughout corridors and rooms, and spar had a few things not working. Just felt well used, but did not detract from an excellent stay. Would recommend and stay again.

I booked one room Hotels.com booked two! My panic subsided with a very helpful receptionist. She sorted it out without much ado. At least I haven’t had another bill! The room was lovely and our food in the bar was excellent. Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Double Tree
