"Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. "
