Unfortunately, we did not have a great Check-In experience as we had booked 2 nights and when we arrived the hotel stated our reservation was for only one night the following day. I had to contact Expedia to confirm our 2 night stay and they had to give us a different 1st floor room and we then had to move to the 3rd floor room we originally booked the following day.
