We were very pleased with the service and staff. I had issues with service and staff previously but decided to give them one more try. It was much better this time. My only issue was the heater was not working and no one in maintenance to help. It happened to be very cold and raining very heavily. So the comfort in the room was affected by this maintenance issue. Otherwise, very good. Breakfast was good with the exception of eggs.

This hotel was great. Had a decent breakfast everday with hot and cold items to choose from. Rooms were equipped with kitchen which is nice for longer stays or if you want to eat at home instead of at the resturaunts. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean. The only real complaint I had was the pool and hot tub were out of service. This would have been nice to know as this was one of the features we looked for when booking our hotels, so it was a bit of a disappointment when we showed up.

The hotel's location is excellent—very quiet and feels safe. There are other Hilton hotels nearby, all clustered together. The interior facilities are modern, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the front desk staff is friendly. Overall, it's fantastic!
