"We stayed here for 2 nights and we were so happy we picked to stay at hyatt place LAX. It was so clean! The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious - and the staff therr were amazing. The only thing that threw us for a loop was the 30 minute check in parking. It took us about 3 loop arounds to figure out that we had to go in to the parkade and park in the check in parking stalls there, but I was afraid we were going to have to pay but got...

"The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have any issues getting in and out of the parking garage during our stay, and the man who seemed to be in charge of running the bar and restaurant was great. The hotel building itself has definitely seen better days but our room was clean and felt safe and comfortable. The TV was tiny and the channel options were horrible but that wasn’t a huge deal. "

"Easy parking. You can either park next to the property or use valet parking. The building was obviously renovated. The design was modern and sleek. My only surprise was the bathroom. There is no way you could cover the person taking shower. I hope there is a curtain or something that could give a little privacy to that. "

"This is a historic property which is what made it cool. It is old and the amminities are minimal but unique and the view from the top cloor was great. The resuarant and the coffee shop on the corner were great. The price is good and worth what you get. Very clean and friendly staff. No phones in the room, but everyone has a cell phone now a days to call down stairs. Building will be 100 yrs old in a year and a half. Stay in a piece of history. "

"This is our 3rd stay at this property. It’s clean and has parking which I’d hard to find near the beach. It’s only a 5 min drive to Santa Monica pier & there are of food options close by. We will definitely be staying here again or visit to Cali"

"There was broken glass in our room. We had to ask the front desk to sweep our room. I actually stepped on it and was relieved that it stuck flatly on the bottom of my foot because had it pierced through the bottom. I would probably had to require stitching. We looked and there were little shards of glass on the floor. Scary. "
